Describe your feelings toward High Cotton. I’m a man of few words. I don’t offer praise easily. I tell them consistently “great job” because they consistently perform.

How long have you worked with High Cotton? About three years now. We looked at many viable vendors when we made the choice. They had everything we needed in one shop.

What impressed me at the time was their attitude. They asked what they could do to serve our business instead of giving us a long speech on what they could and couldn’t do. Their approach from the beginning was to tailor their services to our needs instead of the other way around. I liked that.

What do they do well? They do what they say they are going to do. I value that. Their turn-around times are quick. We make changes often to the letters we mail and they turn those changes much faster than I expected.

They know us; they took the time to really understand our business. And they make it personal. They take our success personally. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Because the demands of my business mean I really don’t have time to deal with High Cotton. I trust them completely.

Most of the time when we have a problem, the problem is on our end. And every time they ask what they can do to help, instead of pointing out where we messed up. Again, it’s that willingness to find solutions that I believe sets them apart.

They aren’t content with the status quo. They consistently bring us ideas that help us improve what we’re doing. That proves to me that they are staying on top of their own industry and consistently improving their own skills.

Can you give an example?

They understand that it’s what is printed on the page that matters. It’s not enough to get a letter in the mail. There are hundreds, thousands of companies that can do that. They help us present the best message possible; they test what we’re doing, refining our mailings to create the greatest response possible.

I can think of countless reasons why someone should use High Cotton. I can’t think of one why you shouldn’t. There is no one better in the business.
