Describe your feelings about the process of working with High Cotton. We have transitioned our business into High Cotton in both a “slow & steady” fashion, as well as a “fast & furious” fashion, due to our own business circumstances. In both transitions, High Cotton was enthusiastic, willing, able, knowledgeable and ready. They did not shy away from the challenge of a quick transition and the process was efficient, on time, and all the while they maintained a positive can-do attitude.
What are their strengths? My experience in working with High Cotton for the last 7+ years has shown me their pure dedication to customer service. They are on top of every detail and they take nothing for granted. They recognize the reality that every shipment, every transaction that we have with our customers is critical, and they treat our work that way.
Their focus is to ship everything on time, and to our satisfaction. I have been working with other vendors where we were at their mercy many times, and that can be incredibly frustrating and damaging to our business. But High Cotton always takes the position of pursuing excellence, and serving their client well.
How would you describe their approach? Tommy McGahey sets the tone for a quality business, demonstrated by his wonderful hospitable manner with clients, and his high degree of integrity and fairness in dealing with clients. It permeates his entire organization, and everyone there is a pleasure to work with.
The fulfillment and distribution business can be tedious, demanding and stressful – but High Cotton doesn’t let it show. They are always optimistic and work every day with a can-do attitude. They are kind, respectful and thorough, which makes our day-to-day dealings with them very easy. From a client’s perspective, I am grateful to have such a great partner!
