What is their greatest strength? Several things. They are prompt. When we have a project or an issue with a project—they are on it fast. They don’t wait for problems to come along, though. They are very proactive with our business, anticipating potential issues and offering solutions before they become problems. When I say proactive, I don’t mean only the ability to anticipate problems. They also bring us ideas that help our business, help us reduce costs, help us mail more efficiently. That’s a trait in High Cotton that I value.
They are also great at managing the details. In what they do, there are a hundred things that could go wrong if not managed properly. They are very attentive to the details, which takes a huge pressure off of us. We don’t have to worry about the details because we know they are.
So you feel like High Cotton is looking out for your best interests? Absolutely. That’s one of the biggest reasons we continue to work with them.
