We send a lot of mail every day. Notices. Statements. The mail is one of our primary means of communication with our customers. In many ways, our mail is the face of our brand, so everything has to be perfect.

We are always interested in using the mail more effectively. We’re interested in reducing our costs. We work with High Cotton because they were able to help us do both.

So why did you choose to work with High Cotton? Because we rely on the mail we send to our customers so much, every detail has to be perfect. High Cotton has proven to us that they can manage every detail efficiently. It’s not so much that they save us money—they do—but that I don’t have to worry if they working for us. I trust that every detail will be taken care of.

They do more than process your documents? Yes. Their design department helps us create templates for our statements, etc.; they are very meticulous, always looking at the design from the customer’s point of view. They think of everything, even issues or ideas that might not have ever occurred to us.

They ask questions, all the time, in an effort to find better ways of doing what we need to do. Generally, there is a great deal of back and forth between their people and ours, ensuring that nothing falls through. They’ve proven to be very dependable.

Your business is heavily regulated. How familiar is High Cotton with the issues you face? They have a great understanding of the regulations that govern the banking industry. In fact, they led our “Reg E” efforts, writing many of our Reg E documents. Then they mailed and tracked our progress, helping capture “image signatures” and ensuring that everything we did was in compliance with the new regulations.

Are they responsive to your needs? Amazingly so. When we call with an issue, they are on it. You know, simple things, like returning phone calls in a timely manner. We had an issue with the weight of the paper we were printing on. They responded to the problem so quickly, it was really a non-event. Though if it had lingered, it could have been a significant issue for us. But that’s their way. They move quickly. They communicate clearly. They prove all the time that they value our business. And frankly, they have yet to say they cannot meet one of our requests. If we ask for something unusual, they think on it for a bit and then find a way to get it done.
